Staff were very helpful, particularly appreciated initial meeting where we were provided with map and guide for local trips/restaurants. Hotel was contemporary in style and very comfortable. k Krakow itself was a fantastic city for both relaxing and tourism.

Its location is perfect close to the centre of Krakow. The amazing breakfast offers local food: coffee, fresh bread, yoghourt, fruit, and eggs.
The bathrooms are a little small.

The personel was very friendly and service oriented. The room was quiet and large enough for a small sofa group, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds ( not as hard as usual hotelbeds) but firm enough. The whole hotel is smoke free and smells fresh. The recommendations given for restaurants proved to be valuable and good. The staff arranged reservations for restaurants and tours with a smile and efficiently. The hotel is located in a quite side street but still close a major street with many buses and trams, the wait was never long. If you want to walk to the center it is approx 10 for a normal person (I have a hip problem, so I am not "normal")
If I have to complain about something, it would have been nice with a somewhat larger shower cabinet since I am rather large (115kg). My wife had no problem and the bathroom was nicely decorated with quality material.

Loved everything about this hotel, we liked the independence of being able to order breakfast the day before if required. We loved the location as it is about a 10 min walk to the Market Square but I get the feeling it would have been noisy around that area and we had a good nights sleep every night. Rooms are very clean and comfy - beds are also lovely. There are a good selection of restaurants nearby and 24 hour supermarket around the corner so do explore the local area. The staff here are excellent always on hand to help if needed.
